For maximum security KeysIT has a triple layer authorisation.
- User authorisation: Only authorised users can access the
key issue pages. Five levels of authorisation ensure that rights
are assigned with sensitivity.
- Key sensitivity: Certain keys are more sensitive than others – master
keys for example. With key sensitivity these keys
can only be issued to authorised individuals
- Issue authorisation: Only individuals who have been granted
authorisation by Key Issue Managers to borrow a key can do
so. Individuals with low-level issue authorisation can
only borrow low-level keys.
- The print facilities within KeysIT allow you to create barcodes
and barcode labels in order to fully automate you key transactions
system. You can also create a print friendly version of any
of the myriad detailed reports about your keys, properties
and individuals available to you through KeysIT.
